Several sizes of tents are available for your special event.  However, there are several factors
that must be considered when selecting the appropriate size of tent.  A very general rule of
thumb is to allow for approximately 10 square foot of tent per person for a seated event when
using standard banquet tables.  That value is increased to approximately 12 square foot per
person when using round tables, therefore more space will be required.  Additional square
footage needs to be added for other things you wish to place inside the tent.  Below are a few
things to consider...

recommended capacity for this tent is estimated at 400 people which still allows
